We loved our stay at Cresthill Suites. Loved having 2 separate rooms and kitchen. The place was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Leo at the front desk was so kind to help us find a place to eat dinner. He's the best! We will definitely go back. The pool looked very nice also.
You do need to have a car - it is located outside of the city. However, it is easy to get to and the front desk is well prepared with directions to major destinations in the area.
I booked onn line as hotel appealled to us. We enjoy haveing a suite when we travel. The staff were amazing and we loved the room.
We had absolutely no complaints. The hotel was perfect.
From start to finish, my stay at Cresthill Suites was delightful. The welcoming staff was warm and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Everything I could possibly need was in my room. I would heartily recommend Cresthill Suites to travelers in the Syracuse area.
The staff are very friendly, suites are large and clean and the breakfast is good.
The room layout was awesome, it was very nice having a seperate bedroom and living room especially with a five month old baby. The breakfast was very good and the staff where very helpfull and curtious.
Nothing bad to say at all.
Our latest vacation included 4 nights in hotels. Cresthill Suites was the least expensive, but was the newest, cleanest location with the most helpful staff. The breakfast had more selection and quality than the other locations. I highly recommend this hotel. Marilyn Johnston
That it was close to many areas we like to visit in Syracuse, reasonably priced for just sleeping a commadation. It was clean and the breakfast was nice to have....
We forgot to ask for a non smoking room, this was hard to get used to (we were fortunately able to open the windows. The second night there was a lot of noise from the floor above us.
The room was very comfortable, it was great having a seperate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely go their again. The breakfast was adequate for a continental Buffett.
All round very good, will stay again, Only problemo, "SMOKING INDOORS" Our floor reeked of smoke!! Was not informed at time of booking that this was a smoking unit, YECCCCHHHH!!!! Quit the smoking thing inside, period. J.Lalonde
"Smoking stink in hallways"
We booked Cresthill Suites because we needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. What we got was one of the most comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped rooms that we have ever stayed in! Sitting area was comfortable and allowed us to enjoy some wine and cheese while watching a movie. Beautiful king bed, was so comfortable we slept like babies! A/c kept us cool enough without freezing us! Breakfast (included) was varied and well stocked, and sufficient to get us started on our new day! Hotel staff were warm and helpfull. Such a great place to stay, that it made our weekend something special.
Liked the spacious suites, and breakfast and even dinner that you normally do get in any hotel I know. Great hotel and rooms very family like- ensuites,
The service was great. They made us feel very welcome.Good advice on where to go to get what we wanted whether to eat or where to shop.Everything we needed was included in the price.Leo made me feel like I had known him for years when we checked in.
Fantastic, great staff, perfect room at a reasonable price.
Very nice to have a separate bedroom from sitting room.
The bathroom closet, is rather odd, and the door is in an awkward position.
I love Cresthill Suites Syracuse. The staff is always friendly (which I am finding rarer and rarer these days), helpful, courteous and accommodating! This is the best bang for your buck in Syracuse by far! The staff is especially welcoming to Canadian shoppers! (They realize that it will bring us back to spend more money in Syracuse. In a nutshell, you could say that they get it!
